Yayyyy came home early from work today so am able to post my other card earlier than I thought......

I have merged two of Mo Mannings images together

I really enjoyed putting this one together as I love the images complimenting eaCH OTHER.... I believe Ragged Angel is looking up to her hero and giving him a prayer.  Backing paper is by Summer Driggs - Believe

I tied the bow using the two different ribbons which I think is quite effective.....

And here is a close up of the image....

And that is it for the time being... well until I walk over to my crafting area that is LOL

Teen Fairy Pia - Mo Manning

Hi everyone..

I must apologise for not being around this week just been so so busy with life!  I have made a birthday card for a friend which also doubles up as my entry for this weeks DP2 Challenge  of elves, fairies, santa or snowman. As you see Mo is my favourite artist so so talented.

I fancied the pink and lilac theme.  Although this a birthday card I felt it could have a christmassy feel with snowflake backing paper seeing as my friends birthday is so close to Christmas.  I used Joycraft die for the corners, ribbon and pearl gems from my stash.

The image was coloured using prismacolor pencils and the sentiment is from LOTV.

I made the roses myself using mulberry paper with a touch of garnish including marabou feathers and pearl stamens also from my stash.

As you will see I have decorated the inside to compliment the front of card.  The special day tag is from Pink Gem Designs.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at my latest creation and please feel free to leave your comments as I love to recieve them.

Kenny K ''Lady Raven''

Good evening everyone.. well those that will be peeking!

Tonight I have managed to put a card together especially for Kenny K Challenge ''Embossed''.  and for Anything goes  @ Mad for Markers. I have used the sassy Lady Raven. I had a lot of fun doing so.. I think I may have overdone the bling but does it really matter..NO.

The background paper is from Sassylass2 from Raspberry Road .  Really lovely bold flower power design if you know what I mean LOL.

The flower I put together from a sizzix die I have in stash along with the purple, turquoise and bright pink feathers.  I have not used feathers for a long time and thought I might have to actually dust them off before use.. Just joking!I blinged the flower with stickles and added a cross charm also from my stash. I coloured the image with prismacolor pencils.

See what I mean with bling.. got a little carried away with gems and stones.  The swirl is from sizzix also blinged up with black gems.  The hearts  and  strip across the card are cut out from Tim Holtz Co-ordination card and are embossed with just a few fuschia pinkpearl gems LOL.  There is another embossed pink card underneath the image but can hardly see it LOL.

There is a large die cut butterfly blinged with stickles and crystal gems.  The sentiment I produced with wordart.  What would we do without the technology we have in our hands!

Anyway thats it for now as need to get this entered into the challenge.

Christy Croll - Victorian Couple

Good evening one and all

Am really pleased with this card I made tonight and the fact I have killed two birds with one stone.  I started making this for theTiddly Inks Everything goes Challenge this week and then I get a phone call from a friend asking me to put togther a wedding card... brilliant huh!

The image is Victorian Couple which I have used a couple of times for wedding cards and just love colouring this one.  The background papers used are printed from CUP/  The doves I had in my stash covered in stickles glitter glue.  In fact I went a little mad with it tonight.. well why not LOL.The guipere lace and heart charm came from WOC as did the metal corner.  I used ribbon from my stash and the scroll and roses were handmade all by myself LOL.

The image was coloured using prismacolor pencils and I purchase them from 1buy1pencils.  The bow was tied by me and I have a couple of hat pins in the bow.  Definitely not to be played with by children.

Anyway thats enough from me tonight.  I now have to get this onto Tiddly Inks while I'm in the mood for this tempremental laptop.  No more crafting for me tonight, well not physically however mentally I am sure I will be thinking about it seeing as I am obssessed.
Goodnight all and please feel free to leave a comment cos I just love it when you do LOL..

Another Project completed

Hi all

I am really pleased with myself today. I have finished this latest project - Chimney Sweep as a wedding card.

The image is by the really talented Mo Manning and I just adore all her images as you can probably tell by my cards LOL. The papers are by Summer Driggs, the ribbon and hearts from my stash. The grey roses I made myself and the black roses and metal corner (covered in black and topped off with glitter are from WOC. Finally the doves I used grey promarker on with even more glitter (eyes are tiny crystal gems) also from my stash. The sentiment I produced with wordart and the wonderful image I coloured with Prismacolour pencils.

The other wonderful news is I have been offered space in a shop for my cards. YAYYYYYY a girl couldn't ask for more now can she LOL. Anyway I am now going to put my feet up with a cup of coffee and the TV. (bet i wander back to my craft table LOL)

Sunday evening

Well the weekend has gone far too quickly and unfortunately have not had time to finish my latest project. Got it all sitting on the table but has not been put together. My mum was taken into hospital today with severe breathlessness and seeing as she suffers with heart trouble already and on top of that has been undergoing chemotherapy and ops related to the cancer for the last 6 months, it has all been rather hectic. I craft away usually to take my mind off of things but today I couldn't even do that. Am sure it won't be too long though.. hope all of you have had a good weekend and I will update as soon as with new pics.

Hi everyone, well I finally did it I finished the twisted easel card on the table. As you will see the image is Carollers Three by Mo Manning.

I have made this card specifically for next weeks challenge of Winter for Mo's Digital Pencil challenge.

The backing papers are by Summer Driggs, ribbon tied by me and the roses are made by me using the die for english rose and then painstaking rolled. The brad and snowflake charm is from Wild Orchid Crafts which holds the card in position one hopes. I coloured the image using prismacolor pencils.

Anyways thats it from me now and I hope you all enjoy looking at my latest creation.
