as you may have been aware (see above) I have been raising money for this years Children in Need. I completed my challenge today and here is my shaved head - My donation page is above this post so if anyone would like to donate please feel free to do so. I have raised online and offline £1500 so far x
I altered an old box base. On the outside I covered with old serviette to give it the wrinkled look. I then painted it and used inka gold over the top. I fixed braid to the top as the hanger bit and also around the rim of box I lined the inside with black velvet from an old dress I used to be able to fit into lol! I had bought an old cheap looking clay mask from a car boot sale. I painted it and then decorated it using broken jewellery, handmade flowers for the eyes and feathers. I then stuck the mask to the lining and voila a Hanging box frame.
I must apologise for all the pictures but could not make up my mind on the ones to use for this post.
There seems to be the Christmas theme running continuously at the moment lol.
For this one I used an Indigoblu sentiment stamp, heat embossed with gold. Vintage style lamp post stamp (do not know the make) embossed clear over sepia ink. I then colored it using my polys. I used white and green flower soft for the snow. That's that all done!
Here I am again with another Christmas card. I don't usually make cards as I actually went off the idea of them but just recently it appears to be all I been making lol. Well at least these ones will get used!
The Purple team over at Eclectic Ellapu has the theme of LEAVES and FOLIAGE chosen by Elaine (not me) and this one fits the bill. Why not head on over to Eclectic Ellapu and join in with the fun

Time again for another challenge over at Altered Eclectics. As you all know it is always anything goes as long as it is Altered and mixed media. This time I decided to just go for wit with a canvas - no direction whatsoever lol. I will just list what was used and basically thrown together.
texts from paper stack
lady tag stamp which I had previously clear embossed for another project lol
black felt tip
red,yellow, cream paint watered down
red and brown distress inks
alcohol ink splashed randomly
Thats it really - not too much thought in the process but hey I think it looks okay lol
Thank you for visiting and why not head on over to this months challenge at Altered Eclectics
Hugz and love always
This has been entered into the following challenges
I have the day off from work and thought I would spend it productively by making more cards. These are for two of my other grandchildren. Just 3 more to go LOL. I then have to start on their parents cards - Oh joy!
Again I used another of Molly Blooms stamps, I have bought these stamps specifically for my grankiddies - love these for kiddies cards. I coloured them using my polys and used flower soft for the snow. That's it all done!
Anyway now for the pics and I hope you like them as much as I do.......
Thanks for popping in and please please call again.
Well tonight I have managed to put together my twin grandchildren cards. They will be 2 a week before Xmas so will need to get on with birthday cards also. Plus I have another 5 grandchildren to make for.. phew!
Not much to say about these cards except the images are Molly Bloom stamps colored using my polys, white flower soft and gold glamour dust. Because the boy is standing in snow so for the little angel I made a cloud using the white and glitter. Of course I used alphabet stamps for the names.
Well that's it for tonight and i do hope you come back and see me.
